Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Onyx we understand that life gets busy, we require a 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation (for both treatment and consultation appointment slots). We reserve the right to retain any deposit or consultation fee paid for appointments where 24 hours notice of cancellation has not been given, or if you simply do not attend your appointment.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of the treatment may be forfeited.
Treatment Appointment Bookings
For certain treatment appointment types, we will ask for a $50 deposit to be paid at the point of booking. This can be paid via debit/credit card over the phone (or at cash submitted to Onyx Aesthetic clinic).
This deposit will go towards the cost of treatment at your appointment. If you decide not to go ahead with treatment at your appointment, the $50 will be refunded to you upon request. This can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment slot, the deposit can be refunded upon request as long as you give us 24 hours’ notice.
Consultation Appointment Bookings
At Onyx Aesthetic consultations are free. Consultation appointment slots are standalone appointments (usually 15 minutes) in which the client and the therapist/ clinician discuss treatment but none is carried out.
Following your consultation, if you would like to book a treatment appointment slot, we will ask for a $50 deposit to secure your ‘Treatment Appointment Booking’.
The above policy does not apply to any training model appointment slots which are subjected to their own terms and conditions.
Refusal of Treatment
At Onyx we reserve the right to refuse treatment where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason and the clinicians’ decision is final in this regard.
Please not that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged 18 years and under for cosmetic injectable even with parents/guardians consent. Any laser and/or facial rejuvenation treatments for under the age of 18 requires the presence of a parent/ guardian, we refuse the right to treat any clients that are not deemed competent to adhere to appropriate prepping and compliance of aftercare instructions for these treatments.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We have a no refund policy on the purchase of our products or services in the event you change your mind.
Treatments are not transferable to other individuals, either when purchased individually or when multiple treatments are prepaid.
24 hours notice must be given for any appointment cancellation.
Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
At Onyx Aesthetic we take pride in the quality of services and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.
Complaints about any aspect of Onyx Aesthetic should be made in writing by emailing email@example.com or by writing to Onyx Aesthetic, 6 Blamey Street, Revesby, 2212. Complaints received in writing will be acknowledged by return email or letter within one week of receipt.
Onyx Aesthetic has not been designed with children in mind, we would prefer that you do not bring children to your appointment. However, if it cannot be avoided, please bring another responsible adult along with you to look after any children aged 12 or under.
Children are not allowed in clinic rooms at all, this is to ensure the safety of your child, you and the clinician. Children cannot be left alone in any other areas of the clinic. Thank you for understanding.
